The Civil Engineering Undergraduate Study Program has a vision to become a sustainable center of excellence in the global science-technology network of maritime continental infrastructure

  1. Organizing civil engineering education on an ongoing basis and with international qualifications to support community life
  2. Carrying out innovative and quality research activities based on the maritime continent which makes a real contribution to the development of science and technology as well as the industrial world at local, regional and international levels.
  3. Proactively carrying out community service activities to support improving community welfare

Title

Students who complete the study will be awarded a Bachelor of Engineering (ST) degree

The Independent Professional Profile of the Civil Engineering Study Program is:

  1. Graduates who have professional skills in planning, design, construction, management and maintenance in the field of civil engineering
  2. Graduates who are able to communicate and collaborate in team work as well as be creative and innovative in solving engineering problems by considering professional ethical aspects, applicable standards, economic and environmental aspects
  3. Graduates who have a leadership spirit and carry out lifelong learning and meet the requirements for further education.

GRADUATE LEARNING OUTCOMES

The learning outcomes of graduates of the Civil Engineering Study Program are alumni who:

  1. Have the ability to identify, formulate and solve complex engineering problems by applying the principles of engineering, science and mathematics
  2. Have the ability to apply technical design to produce solutions to meet specific needs by considering the health, safety and welfare of the community, as well as global, cultural, social, environmental and economic factors
  3. Have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
  4. Have the ability to recognize ethics and professional responsibilities in engineering and make judgments that must consider the impact of engineering solutions in global, economic, environmental, and societal contexts
  5. Have the ability to function effectively in a team where members collectively exercise leadership, create a collaborative and inclusive environment, set goals, plan tasks, and find goals.
  6. Have the ability to develop and conduct appropriate experiments, analyze and interpret data, and apply engineering judgment to draw conclusions
  7. Have the ability to acquire and apply new knowledge as needed using appropriate learning strategies
